EPACHA Foundation Extends Deepest Condolences for those who were killed in Afghanistan in lawless acts of criminal terror attacks: 10 U.S. Marines among 13 service members killed in Afghanistan; 18 wounded. Deepest sadness is also extended to those Afghan Citizens - at least 170 who were also killed and many injured.
WORDS OF WARNING cannot be overly stressed during this crucial time wherein "Law & Order" must be established and proved more powerful than opposing forces which violently attack heroic, Humanitarian missions Around the World.

Our aim remains to support the Afghan government and security forces as much as possible. The security of our personnel is paramount. NATO will maintain our diplomatic presence in Kabul, and continue to adjust as necessary.
NATO Allies are deeply concerned about the high levels of violence caused by the Taliban’s offensive, including attacks on civilians, targeted killings, and reports of other serious human rights abuses. The Taliban need to understand that they will not be recognised by the international community if they take the country by force. We remain committed to supporting a political solution to the conflict.

hit south-western Haiti, the level of destruction and desperation is becoming increasingly evident, the

that the death toll has surged to nearly 2,000.

Since 12 July 2021, several European countries have been affected by catastrophic floods, causing deaths and widespread damage. The floods have affected several river basins, first in the United Kingdom and later across northern and central Europe including Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Italy. At least 171 people have died in the floods, including 143 in Germany, 27 in Belgium and 1 in Italy. In addition to the confirmed fatalities, damage to infrastructure was especially severe in Germany.
